Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- light or dark corn syrup - 1 c
- pecan halves or broken pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Heat oven to 375°. Prepare pastry. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup with rotary beater. Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry-lined pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
