Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- dark or light corn syrup - 1 c
- pastry for 9-inch one crust pie
- pecan halves or broken pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup with rotary beater. Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes, or until filling is set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
