Pecan pie



  • chopped pecans
  • self-rising flour - 1/4 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • beaten eggs - 3 item
  • white corn syrup - 1 c
  • unbaked pie shells - 2 item
  • butter size of egg - 1 item

How to make pecan pie:

Mix syrup, sugar, flour and butter in pot. Cook on low until butter is melted; stir while cooking. Remove from stove. Add eggs and pecans; mix well. Pour into pie shells. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°. Makes 2 pies.
