Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans
- self-rising flour - 1/4 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- white corn syrup - 1 c
- unbaked pie shells - 2 item
- butter size of egg - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Mix syrup, sugar, flour and butter in pot. Cook on low until butter is melted; stir while cooking. Remove from stove. Add eggs and pecans; mix well. Pour into pie shells. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°. Makes 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
