- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- pecan halves - 1 c
- butter, melted - 2 tsp
- Karo light syrup - 1 c
- 9 inch unbaked pastry shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Beat eggs slightly. In a medium bowl. mix butter, eggs, sugar, Karo syrup, vanilla and salt. Then stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
