- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- light corn syrup
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- pecans halves - 1 c
- unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Mix sugar and flour; add syrup, butter and salt. Warm until butter melts. Beat eggs and vanilla. Stir in sugar; mix. Pour in pie shell and spread nuts on top. Bake on lower rack at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
