- butter - 1/3 c
- sugar - 1 c
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- unbaked 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Beat well. Add eggs and beat until thoroughly blended. Stir in pecans. Pour in a pastry shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
