Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- pecans, chopped - 2 c
- 9-inch pie shell unbaked
- sugar brown or white - 1 c
How to make pecan pie]:
Line the pie shell with chopped pecans. Combine the sugar, corn syrup, flour, vanilla and salt; mix until blended. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well each time. Pour into the nut-lined pie shell; dot with butter. Bake at 350° until firm, about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Pie.
