Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- Karo syrup white - 3/4 c
How to make pecan pie:
Mix flour and sugar. Melt butter. Gradually add sugar mixture to butter. Add milk, eggs, syrup and vanilla, blending as you go. Prick unbaked pie crust in bottom with a fork. Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle pecans on top of mixture. Bake at 325° for approximately 50 to 60 minutes or until pie does not shake in the middle.
