Pecan pie



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pecans
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- unbaked 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
- Karo light or dark corn syrup - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Combine first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
