Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1/3 1
- chopped pecans
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 3 Tbsp
- white sugar
- light syrup
How to make pecan pie:
Mix sugar, flour and butter until smooth. Then add syrup, eggs and pecans. Add vanilla last. Mix well and pour into cooked pie shells. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 300° for 25 minutes or until firm. Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
