Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pecan halves - 2 c
- light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- egg white - 1 item
How to make pecan kisses:
Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Slowly mix in brown sugar, then vanilla. Mix until very stiff. Fold in pecans. With a spoon, place 1 pecan, coated in mixture, at a time on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Can be frozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Candy.
