Pecan-crusted salmon
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cup flour - 1/2 item
- small salmon fillets - 4 item
- cup finely chopped pecans - 1 item
How to make pecan-crusted salmon:
(May want to cut ingredients in half.)Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Pat dry salmon fillets; dredge in flour, dip in egg and cover with pecans. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. (Larger fillets may require longer baking time so adjust according.)
