Pearl tapioca pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- of milk
- tapioca soaked 45 minutes in water - 1/2 c
How to make pearl tapioca pudding:
Drain water off of tapioca and put in milk. Add salt and cook until balls are soft. Put sugar in beaten eggs and add to milk. Cook until mixture thickens. Add vanilla. When cool, add a small amount of Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Puddings and mousses.
