Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- small Jell-O any flavor - 5 item
- ground up pears - 10 c
How to make pear honey:
Peel pears, core and grind up. Place in large pan on stove. Add Jell-O (I use strawberry or peach). Add sugar. Cook until thick. Have jars and lids ready. After filling jars, turn them over for 5 minutes on the tops. This will help seal them. ThisRecipe categories: Fruit, American, Pears.
