Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- pears - 2 c
How to make pear cobbler:
Melt butter in casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar together; add milk. Pour into casserole dish. Spoon in pears and juice over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour or until brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Pears.
