Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil
- soda
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pears fresh, peeled - 3 c
How to make pear cake:
Sift together all dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Add pears and nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pears.
