  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • soda
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pears fresh, peeled - 3 c

How to make pear cake:

Sift together all dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Add pears and nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
