Peanut soup
Ingredients/Components
- peanut butter - 2 3
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- ginger powder - 1 Tbsp
- celery powder - 1 Tbsp
- beef/smoked turkey/chicken - 1 item
- dill seed powder - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce/paste - 1 item
- enough water to fill pot - 1 item
How to make peanut soup:
Cut beef, smoked turkey or chicken (you may use all 3 if you desire) into manageable sizes; boil. Add chopped onion and green pepper. Add tablespoon of oregano, ginger powder, dill seed powder, celery powder, a can of tomato paste or sauce and 2 to 3 tablespoons of peanut butter.
