Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/8 tsp
- peanut butter - 1 c
- chopped peanuts - 1 item
- chicken broth - 3 c
- onion salt - 1/8 tsp
- celery salt - 1/8 tsp
- cream or 1 13 oz
How to make peanut soup:
Heat chicken broth to boiling. Add peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Add salts and sugar. Stir in cream or evaporated milk. Heat; do not boil. Top with chopped peanuts. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Nigerian.
