Peanut pie


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese
- milk - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- graham crackers, smashed
How to make peanut pie:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 c. milk1 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. peanut butter8 oz. Cool Whip Mix smashed graham crackers, melted butter and sugar and spread firmly on 2 pie pans. Bake for 8 minutes at 325° or until brown. Cool.Mix cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar and peanut butter, then add Cool Whip. Fill the pie pan. Sprinkle crushed peanut on top and freeze. Serve right from the freezer while it is firm and cold.
