Peanut drop cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• water - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• shortening
• peanut butter - 1 item
• brown sugar, packed - 2 c

How to make peanut drop cookies:

Cream the brown sugar, shortening and eggs. Add vanilla and water. Add dry ingredients. On greased cookie sheet, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough. Put 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each and another 1/2 teaspoon of cookie dough as top layer. Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 350°. Makes 5 dozen.
