Peanut butter tandy cake



  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • bag milk chocolate chips - 12 oz

How to make peanut butter tandy cake:

Beat eggs with electric mixer until thick and lemony. Gradually add sugar. While beating, add milk and vanilla. Blend dry ingredients into egg mixture. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 15-inch jelly roll pan or a large cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Spread 1 cup of peanut butter over hot cake. Cool thoroughly before covering with melted chocolate chips. Refrigerate until hard.
