Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- crunchy peanut butter - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar 1 lb - 1 pkg
- Frosting:1 1/2 sticks margarine
How to make peanut butter sheet cake:
Frosting:1 1/2 sticks margarine6 tsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter1 pkg. powdered sugar (1 lb.) Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Mix water, margarine and peanut butter in pan and bring to a boil. Pour on first mixture. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla. Pour on a greased jellyroll pan. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350° oven. Frost while hot.Frosting: Melt margarine and peanut butter. Add milk, powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour on hot cake.
