- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 2/3 c
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- baked pie shell - 1 item
- Make a crumb mixture; reserve a small amount for garnish
How to make peanut butter pie ii:
Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar. Make a crumb mixture; reserve a small amount for garnish. Sprinkle crumbs on crust. Make a vanilla pudding and pour over crust and crumb mixture while it is still hot. Cool. Top with whipped topping (whipped cream, Cool Whip) and garnish with reserved crumb mixture. Chill.Vanilla Pie Filling:2 c. milk1/2 c. sugar2 eggs1 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs, cornstarch, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add to hot milk and butter.
