Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- whipped topping - 6 oz
- unbaked shell - 1 item
How to make peanut butter pie:
Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with a fork. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes; cool. Combine next 7 ingredients. Beat at medium speed until blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; cool.Cream the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until smooth. Blend in whipped topping. Spread on chocolate layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Chill.
