Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- 3 oz - 2 pkg
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- whipped cream - 1 item
- creamy peanut butter - 1/2 c
- pie shell, baked - 1 item
How to make peanut butter pie:
In saucepan, cook pudding and milk over medium heat until thickened and bubbling. Remove from heat and cool slightly.Meanwhile, cut peanut butter into powdered sugar until small crumbs form. Set aside about 2 tablespoons of crumbs; sprinkle remaining mixture into pie shell. Pour pudding over crumbs. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
