Peanut butter pie



  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cream cheese
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • melted margarine - 6 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 10
  • peanut butter - 1/3 c
  • cinnamon graham crackers - 1 pkg

How to make peanut butter pie:

Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. milk1/3 c. peanut butter8 to 10 oz. Cool Whip Crust: Mix crushed crackers, melted margarine and sugar. (Put small amount aside.) Press remaining crumbs in greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes. Cool before adding the filling.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and peanut butter. Fold in Cool Whip after rest of filling is mixed. Pour on top of crust. Sprinkle crust crumbs set aside on top of filling. Freeze until hard. Cut and serve.
