Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
- crunchy peanut butter or smooth - 1/3 c
How to make peanut butter pie:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to lukewarm. Whip sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in gelatin until well mixed. Fold in Cool Whip. Blend thoroughly. Pour into pie crust; refrigerate until served (1 to 2 hours).Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
