  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sifted powdered sugar
  • Cool Whip - 16 oz
  • chunky peanut butter - 1 c
  • chocolate crumb crusts - 2 item

How to make peanut butter pie:

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add Cool Whip and powdered sugar alternately. Pour into 2 chocolate crumb crusts. Top with shaved chocolate or sprinkles. Freeze at least 4 or 5 hours, overnight is best. Serve frozen.
