Peanut butter oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• stick butter - 1 item
• peanut butter - 3/4 c
• quick oatmeal - 3 c

How to make peanut butter oatmeal cookies:

Lay down paper on table and put waxed paper on top of paper. Measure oatmeal and peanut butter in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a saucepan combine butter, milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Add this to the oatmeal mixture and mix well. Spoon out on waxed paper. Makes approximately 24 cookies.
