  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • candy kisses - 48 item

How to make peanut butter kisses:

Combine all ingredients except candy kisses. Mix until dough forms. Shape into balls (1 teaspoon). Roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Top each cookie immediately with a candy kiss. Press down firmly so that cookie cracks around the edge.
