Peanut butter fudge cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 c
- Set aside
- Remove and add to powdered sugar along with vanilla
How to make peanut butter fudge cake:
Combine flour, sugar and soda. Set aside. Combine margarine, water and cocoa. Bring mix to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove. Add chocolate mix to dry ingredients and beat at medium speed. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat 1 minute. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.Frosting:1/3 c. margarine1/4 c. buttermilk1 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. cocoa3 1/2 c. powdered sugar Combine first 3 ingredients and bring to boiling. Remove and add to powdered sugar along with vanilla. Beat until smooth.Filling:1 1/2 c. peanut butter1 Tbsp. cooking oil Stir together peanut butter and cooking oil.
