Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1 c
- marshmallows - 13 lg
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Combine margarine, evaporated milk and sugar together in a pot. Heat over med. high heat until boiling, stirring occasionally. Once mixture starts to boil, stir constantly for 5 minutes. Check to make sure mixture forms soft ball stage. Remove mixture from stove. Add vanilla, peanut butter and marshmallows. Stir until smooth. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
