Ingredients/Components
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- slices bread - 8 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
How to make peanut butter french toast:
Blend peanut butter, honey and salt. Place about 2 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter-honey mixture between 2 slices of bread to make a sandwich. Combine eggs and the milk. Soak sandwiches in egg mixture. Melt butter or margarine in a baking pan or frypan. Bake sandwiches at 400° (hot oven) about 40 minutes. Turn sandwiches to brown both sides.
