Peanut butter fingers
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- egg unbeaten - 1 item
- oats - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Cream brown sugar, margarine and white sugar together. Blend in egg, 1/3 cup peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Stir in flour and oats. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with package of chocolate chips. Let stand until melted, then smooth over top. Combine powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and milk. Drizzle over top. Cool.
