Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- quick oats - 1 c
- creamy peanut butter - 1/3 c
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips; mix until blended. The mixture will be crumbly. Spread into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
