Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3 5
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- oats - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Glaze:1 c. chocolate chips1/3 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. peanut butter3 to 5 tsp. milk Heat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Cream margarine, sugars, egg, peanut butter and vanilla. Add soda, flour and oats. Press in bottom of pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown. Sprinkle at once with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes. Spread evenly to cover. Combine remaining glaze ingredients. Drizzle over chocolate. Cool completely. Cut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
