Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 2 4
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips
- powdered sugar
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- quick rolled oats - 1 c
- 2nd:1 egg
How to make peanut butter fingers:
2nd:1 egg1/2 tsp. baking soda1/3 c. peanut butter1 c. flour 3rd:6 oz. chocolate chips 4th:1/2 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. peanut butter2 to 4 Tbsp. evaporated milk Cream first 5 ingredients. Blend in egg, baking soda, peanut butter and flour. Spread this mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let stand 5 minutes, then spread evenly. Mix well powdered sugar, peanut butter and evaporated milk. Drizzle across pan.
