Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- quick oats - 1 c
- evaporated milk approximate - 2 Tbsp
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Frosting:1 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. peanut butter2 Tbsp. evaporated milk (approximate) Cream margarine, and sugars. Blend in egg, soda, vanilla, salt and peanut butter. Stir in flour and oats. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle on chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes, spread over cookie.
