Ingredients/Components

  • granulated sugar - 4 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • sticks margarine or butter - 2 item
  • sweet milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • quick cooking oatmeal Quaker - 4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make peanut butter delight:

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, butter and salt in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat (a hard rolling boil) and boil 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oats and vanilla; blend well. Drop by teaspoonful on wax paper or pour into a greased jelly roll pan and cut into squares when cool.
