  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough Pillsbury - 1 item

How to make peanut butter cup cookies:

Cream first 6 ingredients together; mix flour, soda and salt together. Add to first mixture. Roll into small balls and place in small muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place a Reese's cup in the center of each cookie. Let cool completely before removing from pan. (Let cookies be a light golden brown before removing from oven.)
