  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • egg - 1 item
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • mini peanut butter cups - 36 item

How to make peanut butter cup cookies:

Cream peanut butter, shortening, sugar and brown sugar. Add vanilla and egg and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls and place in tassie pans (mini muffin pans). Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and press
