Peanut butter cream pie

Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- baked pie shell - 1 item
- peanut butter, crunchy - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar, packed - 3/4 c
- Filling:2/3 c
- Cook over medium or low heat
How to make peanut butter cream pie:
Mix well together until crumbly and uniform in size; set aside.Filling:2/3 c. sugar3 Tbsp. cornstarch1 Tbsp. flour3 egg yolks3 c. milk2 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla pinch of salt Heat 2 cups milk; use other to mix. Cook over medium or low heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir constantly. Sprinkle 2/3 of peanut butter mixture in bottom of crust. Pour custard over this.Meringue:3 egg whites1/4 tsp. cream of tartar1/4 c. sugar3 Tbsp. cornstarch Make meringue by beating egg whites and cream of tartar well; add sugar and cornstarch. Beat well.
