  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • lard
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Add well beaten eggs last. Dough will be stiff. Mix flour in with hands. Pat down on cookie sheet with a fork. Bake slowly, as they burn easily, at 300°.
