Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soda - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
How to make peanut butter cookies:
Thoroughly cream the butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Sift together the flour, soda and salt; blend into the creamed mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
