Peanut butter chocolate balls
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts
- flaked coconut
- butter, melted - 1 c
- bar paraffin - 1/2 item
- jar crunchy peanut butter - 1 oz
How to make peanut butter chocolate balls:
Combine first seven ingredients, stirring well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Melt paraffin in top of a double boiler; add semi-sweet morsels and heat until melted, stirring constantly. Place several peanut butter balls in chocolate mixture; roll with a spoon. Remove and place on waxed paper to cool. Reheat chocolate if it thickens during dipping.Note: Make ahead and freeze. Thaw 1 hour before serving.
