Peanut butter chocolate balls

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• chopped nuts
• flaked coconut
• butter, melted - 1 c
• bar paraffin - 1/2 item
• jar crunchy peanut butter - 1 oz

How to make peanut butter chocolate balls:

Combine first seven ingredients, stirring well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Melt paraffin in top of a double boiler; add semi-sweet morsels and heat until melted, stirring constantly. Place several peanut butter balls in chocolate mixture; roll with a spoon. Remove and place on waxed paper to cool. Reheat chocolate if it thickens during dipping.

Note: Make ahead and freeze. Thaw 1 hour before serving.
