Peanut butter brownies



  • sugar - 2 c
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 1 c
  • large eggs - 4 item
  • unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
  • chunky peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item

How to make peanut butter brownies:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa and baking powder. In medium-size bowl with wooden spoon, beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in eggs and milk. Add peanut butter mixture to flour mixture. Stir until well combined. Spread into greased pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Cut into 30 or less squares.
