  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • shortening - 3/4 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 3/4 tsp

How to make peanut butter brownies:

Cream sugars and shortening; add peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and water. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together. Add to peanut butter mixture. Spread in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
