  • pkg - 1 oz
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • soft butter - 4 Tbsp
  • nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c

How to make peanut butter bonbons:

Combine peanut butter, 2 tablespoons butter and confectioners sugar. Stir in nuts. Mix until smooth. Shape into balls. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and chocolate pieces over low heat or hot water. Dip balls into chocolate. Put on wax paper on cookie sheet and refrigerate.
