Ingredients/Components

  • white sugar - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • butter - 2 c
  • peanut butter - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 4 tsp
  • Gold Medal flour - 7 c
  • soda - 4 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp

How to make peanut butter blossoms:

Cream sugars, butter and peanut butter together. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt. Stir in with the batter. Chill thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of a walnut, then roll in additional sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°. Press chocolate Hershey's Kisses in the center while hot.
