Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 12 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- margarine - 1 c
- smooth peanut butter - 1 c
- bar paraffin wax - 1/2 item
- white bark candy - 12 oz
How to make peanut butter balls:
Mix all until smooth and roll in walnut size balls and freeze with a toothpick embedded in each. In double boiler, heat semi-sweet chocolate chips, white bark and paraffin wax. Dip balls in the chocolate, re-freeze and dip again; remove toothpick. Touch hole to chocolate to make final seal and keep in airtight container and cool.I received this recipe from my sister DeLynn, who is a fantastic cook.
